This program is for professionals with immigrant backgrounds who are feeling the strain of high-pressure or toxic workplaces. The sessions are led by Dr. Omar Shaker, founder of The Human Dash method, a certified functional medicine practitioner, trained physician, and skilled data scientist. Dr. Shaker has been a clinical data consultant for Kaiser, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UC San Diego, and USA Health, among others, and has coached over 200 individuals and transformed 15 organizations. With decades of experience balancing a high-achieving career and optimum health, he is now dedicated to supporting others in transforming their lives through science-backed inner work, lifestyle changes, and clinical data.
